No Contracts:
why is this a big deal?

You need to buy something - a product or a service - and you pay for it, right? But when it comes to buying technical computer services - networking, desktop support, application support, back-up, storage and so on - it usually isn't that simple. Instead, most purchasing from IT support organizations similar to Corona IS is done via contracts.

We don't. Why "no contracts" when you work with us?

Contracts are documents drawn up to favor the vendor in a recurring services relationship.  We at Corona IS prefer to earn your business - every day, every month and every year.  We don’t want you to feel “trapped” in an unacceptable scenario.  If you’re not happy, we aren’t happy. 

We are motivated to make sure you don’t want to take your services to another vendor.  If you don’t realize the value of working with us, we aren’t doing our job.  Oh, by the way, our customer retention is second to none. 

We guess we must we’re doing something right . . .
