Corona IS knows it takes a dedicated and focused effort by us to help
your company achieve and exceed its information system goals. We maintain
a stringent goal oriented process from the time we first meet through
post installation support. There will be "no stone unturned".
- Consultative Sales Approach:
Our first contact with you will be an onsite orientation conducted
by one of our highly trained Sales Engineers (SE). Your SE is
trained in all aspects of PC networking by the "best of breed"
manufacturers of networking hardware and software. Your SE will
guide you through the process of determining your objectives by
engaging you in productive dialog about your existing system and
your ultimate system goals. By the end of this process you will
be confident your goals are prioritized and understood completely.
- Sales & Tech - A Team Effort:
Once the overall goals are establish the details of implementation
must be determined. Your SE (after gathering all pertinent information)
will team up with the best-qualified Field Technician (FT) for
your application. After the FT and SE discuss in detail your application
the FT researches the best approach to achieve your goals. The
appropriate products, services and time lines are established
and given to your SE. From this point forward your SE and FT will
be your implementation team.
- The Proposal:
Your proposal will be less of a quote and more of a detailed implementation
plan. Nothing is hidden. This document will be delivered to you
(not faxed) and each line item will be explained and justified.
A diagram will accompany the proposal if necessary.
- Implementation:
You say, "Go for it". This is the most dynamic part of the
process. First, a detailed timeline is set with you to reduce
time conflicts and downtime. You will know when all aspect of
implementation will be executed. Second, your equipment and 3rd
party products and services (application software, data communications,
internet, etc…) will be coordinated to achieve a timely and efficient
implementation. Third, products and services are scheduled for
delivery in the most non-intrusive manner possible. We realized
this is your place of business. Fourth, the job is not done until
you say it is. Upon completion of the project a checklist is presented
by your FT and reviewed with you for accuracy and completion.
- Post Installation Support:
Often, at the end of implementation your network integrator will
mysteriously vanish. Not Corona IS! Your SE and FT will remain
on your team. Your SE or FT will take your call regarding any
system questions or concerns. Our phone system can even track
your team outside the office. Call completion and communication
are the most important part of our relationship now and in the
future. Your SE will be diligent and proactive. Don't be surprised
if your SE contacts you regarding new products or services that
can benefit your business. We are at your service.
