Service is Corona IS's most important product. We recruit our Sales
Engineers (SE) and Field Technicians (FT) with the same determination
we select our product lines. Our team consists of the most polished,
experience and professional individuals in the industry. Our hiring
practices quickly translate in to a completely satisfied client base.
Sales Engineer (SE) - Our service starts with the first visit
by your Corona IS SE. Your highly trained SE provides the first line
of defense against the confusion of network design and implementation.
An SE must be at least a CCSP (Citrix Certified Sales Professional)
and has a minimum three years of technical sales experience to represent
Corona IS.
MCSE/Field Technicians (FT) - Our Microsoft Certified Systems
Engineers (MCSE) are highly trained and have a vast pool of experience
from which to draw in providing consulting, installation, services,
and/or support for your complex enterprise network. Our MCSEs are
trained by an authorized Microsoft Training Center and must undergo
a complex array of classes and tests. A Corona IS MCSE is not just
"paper" certified. Our MCSEs must have the practical experience required
to tackle complex network environments.
CCA/(FT) - As "Thin Client" specialist our Citrix FTs must
be, at a minimum, a Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA). Like the
MCSE, the CCA must undergo an array of Citrix provided classes and
tests. Again the certification is not enough. A Corona IS CCA must
have a minimum of three years experience supporting the Citrix environment.
CCEA/(Senior FT) - The Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator
(CCEA) is the "quarterback" of our implementation team. The CCEA has
the training of a CCA with additional training for the highly complex
Citrix enterprise environment. As an expert in multiple server "farms"
the CCEA is the top FT in the "Thin Client" industry.
Utilizing the talents of our team could not be easier. We have three
basic programs to choose from:
- Time And Material - An hourly charge for specific services rendered.
Don't be surprised if it takes our FT half the time to do the
job twice as well!
- Quoted Projects - Because of our meticulous nature, we can
usually determine the time required to complete a specified project
during orientation. Your SE will provide a "closed end" service
quote to you.
- Support Packs - Our clients that require frequent support purchase
a support pack. A support pack is a discounted pre-purchased pack
of hours in 10, 20, 40, or 80 hour denominations. You are billed once
for the Support Pack and sent a monthly statement of hours remaining
and services performed.
